All sales are final unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international orders, we are not responsible for delays in transit, customs rejections, or lost items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and address it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return your existing item and, once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and credit your refund.
